§1

1. Acceptance of terms #

By creating an account or using VerdictPlus, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using VerdictPlus on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Accounts #

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. VerdictPlus may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

3. Reviews & content #

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the business being reviewed. You may not post reviews for businesses you have no real connection to, accept payment or incentives for a review without disclosure, or post on behalf of someone else.

VerdictPlus reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms, but reviewers retain the right to disagree with a business — businesses cannot demand removal of a review simply because they dislike it.

What this means in practice

A bad review you don't like is not a violation. A bad review from someone who was never your customer is. Report that one — we'll look at it.

§4

4. Business accounts & replies #

Businesses may claim a free profile, reply publicly to reviews, and purchase paid plans for additional features. Replies must be professional and may not disclose reviewers' private information.

5. Payments & subscriptions #

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Prohibited conduct #

You may not:

  • Submit fake or incentivized reviews without disclosure
  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform
  • Attempt to manipulate a TrustScore through coordinated activity
  • Use VerdictPlus to harass another user or business

7. Termination #

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; some review content may remain visible in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability #

VerdictPlus is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of any individual review, and we're not liable for business decisions made based on reviews found on the platform.

9. Changes to these terms #

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
